Patch 2.01B for the PLA mod and campaign fixed

TonyRanger has sent us a bugfix for the campaign and a patch 2.01B for the PLA MOD. There is a new mission included in the campaign, with bug fixes and new Chinese text. The patch fixes a bug of old 2.01b patch and includes two new planes:
J-10 Jet Fighter
J-8II Jet Fighter
