Remo posted on our forum to tell he sent us mail about his addons (sorry again for that), so here is his North Korea Army Pack and NVA Army Pack. Author said "I know my addons do not bring something completely new in OFP and are more "1stgenerationlike" addons" but if you look at the screenshots you'll see that they look really nice!
