On the page Taiwan Workshop are many great news ! Guys from this site released new campaign for OFP: Operation Guardian and with this campaign they issued ROC Weapon Pack R 1.4 (for ones who have ROC Weapon Pack R 1.3 is sufficiend ROC Weapon Upgrade Pack 1.4). In this Pack is among others new great Mortar ! This campaign works (Weapon Pack too) under OFP version 1.46 only. Look and download so far from THEIR PAGE :-)
