Guys from G8: Urban War MOD, have finished Unit Pack. This pack adds you 4 new policemen plus some new weapons (smoke launcher, weapon which shoots rubber projectiles...). Next adds you 3 demonstrants with molotov coktails, bottles and stones. For now, you can download from their site.
